About Dr. Odell Vining
I am a licensed psychologist with nearly 30 years of experience teaching children, adults, schools, and athletes how to identify, measure, and change the behaviors that drive long-term success. My work is grounded in behavioral science, emphasizing clear expectations, consistent feedback, and reinforcement strategies that place responsibility—and control for change—squarely in the individual’s hands.
From my private home office in Columbus, GA, I provide psychological evaluations, therapy, and consulting for individuals and families in a comfortable, confidential setting.
I also contract directly with school districts to provide Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs) and initial psychological evaluations, conducted on-site in schools or designated district locations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and legal defensibility.
In addition to clinical and school work, I consult with collegiate athletes and teams, applying data-driven behavioral strategies to strengthen attention, resilience, and emotional regulation.
